Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principle Field Service Engineer to support installation, service, and repair of Biosense Webster products. Location may include multiple cities across the U.S. and requires extensive travel.
You will manage customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high reliability of life-saving cardiovascular devices while collaborating with hospital staff and field technicians. A strong engineering background and travel readiness are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare field service or biomedical engineering preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s or better in biomedical/electrical engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote technical support and on-site service for Biosense Webster products.
- Manage installation, operation, maintenance, and upgrades within territory.
- Document service actions and maintain records in the Service Management System.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
