Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Principal Field Service Engineer to support installation, service and repair of Biosense Webster products across a wide US territory. This field-based role may operate from multiple cities and requires strong customer-facing skills and technical proficiency.

Under limited supervision, the candidate will manage service delivery, coordinate with hospital staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate or equivalent related work experience.
• Associate degree with relevant clinical/technical field experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Technical Support to internal and external clients via the Customer Support Call Center.
• Manage installation, operation, repair and upgrades of equipment within assigned territory.
• Respond to customer requests for emergency service and provide troubleshooting guidance.
