Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Principal Field Service Engineer to manage installation, service and repair of Biosense Webster products across a broad West Coast territory. This field-based role requires travel to major cities, strong customer interaction, and ownership of service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a biomedical/engineering field and 6 years of hospital or field service experience (preferred).
• Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote technical support and on-site service within assigned territory.
• Install, operate, repair, and upgrades of equipment.
• Lead incident investigations and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain service records and prepare reports.
