Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Principle Field Service Engineer to manage the installation, service and repair of Biosense Webster products across an assigned territory. The role involves direct customer interaction, on-site visits, and remote support to ensure high levels of uptime and customer satisfaction.

Travel up to 60% domestically is expected, with the role based in major cities including Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to internal and external customers.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment within territory.
• Maintain service records and preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to urgent service requests and troubleshoot root causes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Mentor and coach field staff on technical competency and safety.
