Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Field Service Engineer for Biosense Webster within the Cardiovascular segment. This field-based role covers major cities nationwide and requires hands-on installation, service, and repair of complex medical devices.

You will interact with doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers, lead service activities, and drive customer satisfaction while mentoring other field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field and 6 years of field service experience.
• Strong project management and customer service skills.
• Experience with electrophysiology/ablation markets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and on-site service within assigned territory.
• Install, operate, repair, and upgrade equipment.
• Lead and mentor field service engineers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication with clinical staff.
• Maintain documentation and service records.
• Travel up to 60% as required.
