Job summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in a California territory with compliant, ethical execution. You will develop and execute territory plans, build professional relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory geography; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools/insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
• Plan territory activities and manage the territory budget; complete admin tasks on time.
