Qualifications

• Two years of PA/SA/House Physician experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Strong OR and surgical-assisting skills and knowledge of anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient positioning pre- and post-operatively.
• Maintain sterile field and PPE; assist in catheter/line placement.
• Handle surgical instruments and ligation/clipping under surgeon supervision.
• Support team to meet department needs and participate in performance improvement.
