CVS Health in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to apply clinical nursing skills, educate patients and caregivers about PAH therapies, and provide infusion training and clinical support.

You will collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate care, visit patients at home, and travel within IA and nearby states. On-call rotations and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of Des Moines International Airport.
• Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in IA.
• Two years of experience in a critical care or high-tech infusion setting.
• Ability to travel as noted in the position summary and as needed.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Responsabilités

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient's plan of care.
• Work within a highly specialized area of nursing in home care.
• Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in one-on-one settings.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service and strong computer skills.
