Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of cardiometabolic therapies, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, optimize territory plans, and navigate complex healthcare systems to maximize patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant field activity documentation and CRM reporting.
• Travel ~30% to regional and national meetings.
