Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization in the United States. This role focuses on launching and growing our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3), with a strong emphasis on prescriber activation and observed uptake.

You will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs, delivering compliant clinical education while navigating complex healthcare systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends, account potential, and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget, including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within labeling.
• Articulate complex clinical data to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer engagements to drive adoption.
• Support provider engagement to identify patients for therapy initiation.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Navigate IDNs and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
• Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services.
