Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive the launch and growth of the cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. The role emphasizes prescriber activation, therapy adoption, and durable utilization within complex healthcare environments.

You will work with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs, leveraging data-driven territory plans and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth and launch objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to providers.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Navigate complex health systems and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
