Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for rare and high-need cardiovascular conditions. This role focuses on prescriber activation and therapy adoption within complex healthcare environments.

You will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs, delivering compliant clinical education, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape and drive adoption.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align execution.
• Maintain compliant field activity documentation and CRM reporting; travel ~30% as needed.
