Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Specialty Sales Representative to launch and grow our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, accelerate therapy adoption, and ensure sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments.

The role demands strategic territory planning, clinical depth, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotions.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive landscape.
• Execute speaker programs and educational events to drive adoption.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Health IT.
• Maintain CRM activity and reporting with high ethical standards.
• Travel ~30% for regional/national meetings.
