EPM Scientific is seeking a high-performing field-based sales professional to cover the Fresno, CA region in a cardiology-focused role. You will own and grow a defined territory, primarily engaging with cardiologists and heart failure specialists, while also interfacing with hospital and institutional accounts.

You will drive adoption of a commercially available drug-device therapy for fluid overload in chronic heart failure and contribute to pipeline innovation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience with cardiology, cardiovascular, heart failure, nephrology, or device-adjacent fields preferred.
• Comfort managing large geographies and complex stakeholder environments.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a defined territory, calling on cardiologists and heart failure specialists and hospital accounts.
• Support adoption of a therapy for fluid overload in chronic heart failure and engage in pipeline opportunities.
• Balance office-based and hospital selling, including HF clinics and short-stay settings.
• Maintain high autonomy in the field while collaborating cross-functionally to expand utilization.
