Job summary

Discover International is expanding its specialty sales organization and is seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive growth across an assigned geography. In this high-level clinical selling role, you will engage Cardiologists, Heart Failure specialists, Nephrologists and other healthcare professionals, building relationships that improve patient access and treatment.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in field sales within specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Experience selling to Cardiologists, Heart Failure specialists, Nephrologists.
• Existing cardiovascular and institutional customer relationships.
• Experience with HUBs, reimbursement and prior authorization is desirable.
• Ability to live within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key cardiology and heart failure specialists.
• Drive utilization of an innovative therapy within a complex cardiovascular landscape.
• Develop relationships across physician practices, hospitals, IDNs, HF clinics and institutions.
• Identify barriers to access and coordinate reimbursement resources.
• Use territory analytics and metrics to prioritize accounts and time with high-value customers.
• Provide voice-of-customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Partner cross-functionally to execute territory strategies and objectives.
