Job summary

Discover International is seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to drive growth across an assigned geography in the US healthcare market. This role focuses on engaging Heart Failure specialists, Cardiologists, Nephrologists, Emergency Medicine professionals, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff.

You will combine strategic account management, clinical selling and field marketing to increase product utilization and improve the customer experience, while achieving territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of successful healthcare sales experience in specialty pharma, hospital sales, devices, or diagnostics.
• Cardiovascular/Heart Failure experience preferred with IDN exposure.
• Proven top-percentile sales performance in multiple years.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic territory and account plans to meet sales targets and growth.
• Build relationships with Heart Failure specialists, cardiologists, nephrologists, and other stakeholders.
• Drive product utilization via clinical selling and field marketing execution.
• Develop understanding of physician practices, hospitals, IDNs, and priority accounts.
• Lead field marketing programs and speaker activities within compliance guidelines.
• Capture market intelligence to inform regional and national strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address opportunities and needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience to support retention and relationships.
