Harborview Cardiology Clinic at University of Washington Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator/Scheduler to manage patient appointments, triage medical information, and coordinate care with physicians.

This full-time, 100% FTE on-site role in Seattle runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm for a one-year fixed duration assignment. Join a leading trauma and specialty center with strong transit access and a commitment to excellence in cardiovascular care.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of experience in the program specialty or equivalent education/experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple appointments and communicate with patients and physicians.
Proficiency with online appointment systems and EMR.

Mansioni

Triage medical information for a specific medical or surgical specialty.
Schedule post-surgery diagnostic procedures and follow-up appointments.
Coordinate patient appointments between patients, physicians, and outside agencies.
Coordinate anesthesia and pre-admission tests and procedures.
Enter appointment information in the online system.
