UW Medicine Harborview Medical Center Cardiology Program is seeking a Programs Coordinator to provide essential administrative and financial support to the HMC CARDS Program. You will coordinate the Section Head’s daily activities, schedule meetings, transcribe confidential correspondence, and assist with trainee scheduling and reimbursements.

The role involves managing budgets, tracking professional development spending, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Competenze

• High school graduation or equivalent and two years of experience in an academic medical setting.
• Equivalent education or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications, except when licenses or certifications are required.
• Applicants not meeting qualifications will not be forwarded to the Hiring Manager.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and financial support to the HMC CARDS Program.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Section Head, arrange appointments and meetings.
• Transcribe confidential correspondence and prepare data for reports.
• Assist with budgeting, reimbursements, and ARIBA invoice processing.
• Support communications and scheduling of medical trainees from multiple programs.
• Document and organize information to improve program workflows and compliance.
