Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Territory Manager for Baltimore/Salisbury, MD. You will drive electrophysiology product sales, build physician and hospital partnerships, and coordinate a pod to ensure top-tier service.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, product launches, and contract coordination. The role requires a strong sales background in medical devices, preferred EP experience, and the ability to work field-based across Maryland.

Qualifications

• Achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by executing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, EP staff, executives, and procurement.
• Coordinate priorities of a pod with CAS, FSE, UCAS and others to deliver service.
• Lead territory plan and provide assessments, opportunities and action plans.
• Introduce new products, communicate pricing per policy, and follow contracts.
• Manage customer groups across large hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by executing strategies.
• Drive market share gains by using company programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, EP lab staff, and hospital leadership.
• Coordinate pod activities with CAS, FSE and UCAS to deliver superior service.
• Drive the territory business plan with regular updates and action steps.
• Lead product introductions, pricing discussions, and contract follow-ups.
• Manage customer groups across hospital systems and IDNs.
