Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Strategic Business Director to drive adoption of a cardiovascular product in critical care within complex hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs. You will liaise with senior stakeholders and shape market access strategy, reporting to the Area Business Director.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with Managed Markets, HEOR, and contracting teams, and travel extensively to key accounts to optimize reimbursement and access.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• 7+ years with large academic health systems, IDNs, or GPOs, preferably in Critical Care or Cardiology.
• Strong knowledge of Managed Care coverage and product reimbursement.
• Experience across marketing, medical, field teams, and market access.

Aufgaben

• Engage key stakeholders across hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs to drive adoption.
• Develop and maintain detailed account profiles and pull-through targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Managed Markets, Value Access, and Contracting.
• Coach accounts on contracts, pricing, and HEOR interactions.
• Travel to customer sites as required (>50%).
• Partner with Account Managers, MSLs, and regional leadership.
