Syneos Health is seeking a Strategic Business Director to support a cardiovascular product launch in critical care. This field-based role engages key stakeholders across hospitals, IDNs and GPOs to drive adoption and market access, reporting to the Area Business Director and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Essential requirements include a BA/BS, 10+ years pharma/biotech experience, and 7+ years with large academic health systems.

Competenze

BA/BS degree required.
10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
7+ years with academic health systems, IDNs or GPOs, ideally in CC or Cardiology.
Contract management experience.
Strong knowledge of Managed Care coverage and reimbursement.
Experience across marketing, medical, field teams and market access.
Understanding of EMR, CPOE and order set development.
Ability to travel >50%.

Mansioni

Drive business development and product adoption within academic institutions, IDNs and GPOs.
Build and maintain detailed account profiles with protocols and influencers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Managed Markets, Trade, Value Access, Contracting, Medical, HEOR, Marketing.
Engage directors, P&T committees, contracting managers and clinical staff to support adoption.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Area Sales Directors, MSLs and colleagues.
Partner with National Account Managers and Managed Markets leadership on contracts and pricing.
