Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, a track record of hitting $1M+ quotas, and strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Field-based, with in-person customer engagements and office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices/pharma/biotech, preferably cardiology.
• Consistently met or exceeded annual sales quotas of $1M+.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and drive territory growth.
• Advanced consultative selling skills with negotiation and closing abilities.
• Hunting for new business; selling into hospitals, health systems, or IDNs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree or 7+ years equivalent sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process from lead identification to closing deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital admins.
• Drive territory revenue growth and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Communicate Philips ECG Solutions value proposition and competitive differentiation.
