Job summary

Heartflow is looking for a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a defined US region. You will work with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and hospital networks to drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct pathway, educate customers, and build strong clinical and commercial relationships.

This role requires 20–25% travel from a home office and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience building and supporting clinical programs is preferred.
• Clinical/technical proficiency to grasp new information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway.
• Develop and execute business plans with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Educate customers on Heartflow's value proposition and build physician relationships.
