Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to contribute to the launch and growth of its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. This role emphasizes prescriber activation, access navigation, and durable utilization across complex healthcare environments.

Ideal candidates have strong clinical acumen, evidence-based communication, and a track record of achieving sales targets in specialty settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience within IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends, account potential, and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive landscape and drive awareness and adoption.
• Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Market Access and patient services to address access barriers and pull-through.
• Represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences (~30% travel).
• Provide field insights to Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
