Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to guide a group of Field Service Engineers across supported geographies, including Charlotte, NC. You will oversee installation, service and repair of cardiovascular equipment in a field-based role, ensuring timely, high-quality customer outcomes.

The position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with travel up to 75% and a hybrid work arrangement based near major hubs across the eastern US.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate with 4–6 years related work experience preferred.
• Associate degree with 6 years experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment within the territory.
• Manage region and schedules to support all products and services.
• Respond to emergency service requests and troubleshoot causes.
• Provide guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain service records.
• Assist with design improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Travel and work hours as needed to support customers.
