Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to guide a team of engineers in the installation, service and repair of Biosense Webster products across the eastern U.S. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a technical degree, 4–6 years in cardiology/electrophysiology, strong leadership and travel readiness. A company car is provided under the fleet program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field; clinical/medical background preferred.
• Experience leading field service teams and managing customer expectations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Field Service Engineers in the field.
• Install, operate, repair and modify cardiovascular equipment in assigned territory.
• Coordinate region schedules and manage customer service requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Provide feedback for design improvements and participate in training activities.
