Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Field Specialist to provide on-site installation, service, and repair of medical device equipment across Eastern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

This field-based role requires at least 4 years of technical service experience with medical devices and an associate degree or technical certification. You will collaborate with sales and customers, document service activities, and support process improvements while maintaining a company vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical) or equivalent military experience.
• At least 4 years experience providing technical service for medical device equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment in external facilities to support sales team and customers.
• Functions as a primary resource for stakeholders.
• Provides frequent status updates and documented service reports to stakeholders.
• Operate to complete on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test activities to factory specs.
