Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Principle Field Service Engineer to support Cardiovascular products across multiple U.S. locations.

This field-based role may be located in several cities and requires travel up to 60% to install, repair and service equipment. You will interact with doctors, nurses and biomedical engineers, driving customer satisfaction and leading technical training for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via Call Center and on-site as needed.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment within assigned territory.
• Lead in incident investigation and customer satisfaction initiatives.
