Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to guide a group of Field Service Engineers across the eastern US, with flexible home/field work and locations in Boston, Washington, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, or New Jersey.

This field-based role supports the eastern half of the US and requires coordinating installation, service and repair of cardiovascular products while driving service excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Project management skills with teams and customers.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in medical devices or field service is preferred.
• English language proficiency and clinical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers in Managing Account Schedule.
• Perform installation, operation, repair and modification of equipment within territory.
• Manage region and schedule to support products and service delivery.
• Respond to emergency service requests; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to doctors, nurses and biomedical engineers; assist with customer satisfaction.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and maintain service records.
• Assist with design changes to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Plan installation projects and manage customer expectations; document activities.
• Maintain service management system updates and perform RMAs as needed.
• Travel and work across multiple field locations with 50/50 home/field setup.
