Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Night shift to assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. The role serves as a clinical resource for staff, with potential to function as a staff nurse when needed and to assume delegated managerial duties.

The position offers night differential and a $20/hr differential for weekend/evening hours. Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license in the state, and 2–3

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• Two to three years' patient care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Supervisory or management experience.
• Preferred: CRRN
• Preferred: Rehabilitation experience.

Mansioni

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
