Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights shift to oversee operations and patient care in designated areas. The role includes serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and stepping in as staff nurse when needed while taking on delegated managerial duties in line with Mercy standards.

The position offers $20 per hour with evening and night differentials. A Bachelor's in Nursing and supervisory experience are preferred, with licensure in the state.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
• Two to three years' experience in patient care.
• CRRN preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
