Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights to oversee planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of patient care in designated areas. You will act as a clinical resource for staff, serve as a staff nurse as needed, and take on managerial duties delegated by leadership while upholding Mercy Service Standards.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license and graduate from an accredited nursing program, with 2–3 years of patient care experience.

Competenze

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Two to three years of patient care experience.
• BSN preferred; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• CRRN certification and rehabilitation experience are preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform duties as a staff nurse when needed.
