Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for WEO Nights to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas. You will act as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and may perform staff nurse duties when needed. Managers delegate duties, all in alignment with Mercy mission and service standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, patient care excellence, and adherence to Mercy values. Evening and night differentials apply, with a $20/hr base rate.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2–3 years of patient care experience.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
• Perform duties and responsibilities in line with Mercy mission and standards.
