Mercy is hiring an RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights shift to help plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients and act as a staff nurse when needed.

The role includes taking on managerial duties delegated by a manager, supporting a compassionate, patient‑centered team, and upholding Mercy Service Standards while advancing quality and safety during night shifts.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2–3 years' experience in patient care.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
