Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights shift to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as a staff nurse when needed.

Managerial duties may be delegated by a manager in support of Mercy Service Standards. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an RN license in the state of practice, with 2–3 years in patient care;

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license/temporary permit in the practicing state.
• 2–3 years of patient care experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Mansioni
