Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights shift to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas. The role acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as staff nurse as needed, with delegated managerial duties.

Mercy emphasizes its mission and service standards. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license in the state of practice, and 2–3 years of patient care experience;

Formación

• RN license in state of practice.
• 2–3 years of patient care experience.
• CRRN preferred; supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Perform duties in line with Mercy Service Standards and mission.
