Job summary

Mercy is hiring an RN Supervisor for WEO Nights to oversee operations and patient care in designated areas. The role includes acting as a clinical resource, supporting staff, and stepping in as staff nurse when required, while embracing Mercy's mission and service standards.

The position offers a $20/hour WEO differential plus additional Evening and Night Differentials, with a focus on supervisory responsibilities and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Two to three years' experience in patient care.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles is strongly preferred.
• CRRN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Uphold Mercy mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
