Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for WEO Nights to oversee patient care and operations in designated areas. This role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an active RN license in the state, plus 2–3 years of patient care experience and preferred supervisory or management background.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
• Two or three years' experience in patient care.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Experience: Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: CRRN.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
