Job summary

Mercy hospital is seeking an RN Supervisor for WEO Nights. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas.

The nurse acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as a staff nurse when needed, taking on delegated managerial duties. The position offers night shift differential and a $20/hr base pay with additional evening and night differentials, reflecting a supervisory responsibility in a Mercy

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
• Two or three years' experience required in patient care.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Experience: Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: CRRN
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
