Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an Echo Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound imaging of the heart and great vessels for adult patients. The role includes technical assistance with stress testing, coordination with cardiologists, and maintaining quality protocols.

Qualifications include ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year and BLS within 30 days. Education required is Sonography or related field, with open capacity for new grads. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available where eligible.

• BLS within 30 days (AHA).
• Education: Sonography or Related field.

Responsibilities

• Uses knowledge of age-specific needs in patient care.
• Operates and optimizes echocardiography imaging and Doppler techniques.
• Assesses cardiac structure and function and identifies artifacts.
• Performs transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) assistance as needed.
• Communicates results to cardiology and ensures proper documentation.
