Job summary

Advocate Health in Bermuda Run, NC, seeks a Cardiac Sonographer for the Cardiovascular Diagnostics team. You will perform routine and complex echocardiograms including Doppler and stress studies, under physician guidance, ensuring quality imaging and accurate reporting.

Role offers a $15,000 New Hire sign-on, up to $5,000 relocation, 25 days PTO, day-one health coverage, and education reimbursement, with on-site weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved program in radiologic/diagnostic ultrasound.
• One year experience with patients preferred.
• Current ARDMS/CCI credentials preferred or in process within two years.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency echocardiograms per protocols.
• Records quality information during imaging and maintains logs.
• Explains procedures and potential side effects to patients or families.
• Provides echocardiography service at required locations and shifts.
• Operates echocardiography equipment and maintains it.
