Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Card Services Manager to lead programs for cards, digital payments, and ATM/gift card services. You will oversee a team dedicated to member-first payment solutions in a regulated environment and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will collaborate across departments to enhance processes, mentor staff, and deliver data-driven insights that strengthen member satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in member service operations functions: card programs, digital banking, or financial services.
• Three+ years with progressive responsibilities leading people.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, mobile payments, and emerging payment technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• High level of member service orientation, business acumen, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with management, employees, and outside partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated by clear memos, emails, and presentations.
