Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, leadership, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in card operations, payment processing, or financial services.
• Knowledge of credit and debit card operations and Visa regulations.
• Leadership or project experience with ability to guide performance and manage priorities.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, implementations, service issues, and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and risk-aware decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for credit and debit card operations, platforms, reporting, inventory, promotions, and vendor processes.
• Coach and develop employees to perform responsibilities, deliver service, and expand knowledge of card operations.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments and assess impact on Card Services.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen controls and processes.
• Lead or support strategic card initiatives, vendor enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
• Resolve escalated member, employee, and vendor concerns with sound judgment and documentation.
