Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Credit Card Associate in Wisconsin to handle new account setup for underwriting, processing, and maintenance. You will assist in resolving inquiries and ensure accurate data handling for members and staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to use all programs and systems used for this job.
• Demonstrated sound judgement and discretion with confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and establish new credit card accounts for underwriting.
• Set up and verify new credit card accounts and process card orders.
• Handle balance transfers, travel alerts, and credit line increases.
• Respond to credit card related questions from members and employees.
• Resolve inquiries submitted through the ticketing system.
