Job summary

Community First Credit Union is seeking a Card Services Manager to lead a team managing credit and debit card programs, ATMs and gift cards. You will drive member-focused service and oversee cross-functional processes with vendors and partners.

The role requires strong leadership in card services, deep knowledge of payment systems, and a commitment to community-focused financial service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within Member Service Operations functions: card programs, digital banking, or financial services.
• 3+ years with progressive responsibilities leading people.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, mobile payments, and emerging payment technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
