Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking an on-site Card Services Specialist to handle ATM, Debit, and Credit Card issues and to provide exceptional member service in East Tennessee.

The role involves cross-selling financial products, adhering to security policies, and maintaining strong member relationships while following all credit union guidelines. Prior financial industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience – High school diploma or GED. Financial industry experience strongly preferred.
• Financial industry experience preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of Card Service Duties.
• Work with members and staff regarding ATM/Debit/Credit Card issues, work with FiServ, FiServ EFT, and Fiserv Managed Services, card disputes, exceptions, and debit/credit card fraud.
• Ensure Card Service functions are efficiently, effectively, and accurately performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and security procedures.
• Cross sell Credit Union products and services at every opportunity.
• Maintain good business relations with members. Courteously and promptly assist member needs.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff and management.
• Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.
• Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• All other duties as assigned.
