Job summary

Nouria Energy seeks an Assistant Manager for its Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Manchester, ME. You will support daily operations, lead shifts, coach a team, and ensure a safe, clean, high-throughput site to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and knowledge of basic car wash operations. Competitive pay with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must work at least one weekend day.
• Open availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team and daily operations.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Ensure facility and equipment are clean, safe, and operational.
• Improve workflow to minimize wait times and enhance customer experience.
• Lead shifts and step in for Site Manager when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and site performance.
