Nouria is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Farmington, ME. This hands‑on role supports daily operations, coaching, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

You will assist with staffing, safety, and process improvements while driving sales initiatives and ensuring equipment and facilities operate at peak performance. The position offers growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open availability based on operational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily site operations including staffing support and coaching.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Help optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Review operational reports and KPIs to improve site performance.
• Collaborate with Site Manager on goals and initiatives.
• Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager’s absence.
