Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Uphold safety and service standards; maintain a positive team culture.
• Create and communicate schedules; ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Drive revenue through memberships and customer interactions; monitor KPI dashboards.
• Handle payroll tasks; manage hiring, training, and performance management.
