WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Plano, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach an 8–12 member team, and drive customer satisfaction. You will oversee shifts when the General Manager is not onsite, maintain safety and service standards, and support staff development for future leaders.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary of $40,000 to $44,000 plus bonus potential up to $12,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combination of experience/education considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through team development and coaching.
• Lead all GM responsibilities during absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees; resolve concerns and promote service-first mindset.
